I'm on their 8mb service (but more like 6mb), with a number of other devices also connected to the service. I was really impressed with the O2 tech support, recently i've needed some help with a faulty router and found their help in fixing the issues (promptly sending out a replacement), and troubleshooting the problem excellent.
