3 Mobile offers a great selection of mobile broadband services and packages aimed toward both business users and consumers. 3 Mobile’s competitive pricing and high quality service place the company as a definite market leader of mobile broadband services across the UK.
All of the 3 Mobile broadband packages that are offered include the popular USB modem stick, the mobile modem enables users to easily and quickly gain access to the broadband speeds of the 3 mobile broadband network. By simply plugging the USB modem into the USB on a laptop or PC, users can access the broadband internet from any mobile location.
As with any of the other mobile broadband providers the mobile phone network used by 3 mobile broadband only covers certain parts of the United Kingdom, because of this there will be areas where coverage is not available. Due to this we recommend that you use a coverage checker to make sure that you’ll be able to receive a 3 Mobile broadband signal at the areas you wish to use the service in.
3 Mobile offer a wide range of pay monthly mobile broadband packages alongside a Pay As You Go broadband service which includes a 30 day contract.
The monthly download allowance ranges from 1GB per month up to 15GB per month.

I’ve had my 3 mobile dongle for about a month now, i signed up to their pay as you go service so i could take my laptop on holiday with me (UK) and was pleasantly surprised.
Obviously you’re better off with a fixed landline connection if you plan to use the service at home a lot, but for traveling about its a great service for mobile broadband on the move
Been using the 3 network for 6 weeks now on the 12GB PAYG package and although its not proper broadband speed the service has been rock solid in terms of reliability (running all day with no disconnects)
I guess this goes for all mobile broadband providers, but definitely make sure you check your 3 coverage FOR LOCAL AREAS before signing up.
I joined their PAYG so i could get online whilst traveling on the weekends, and whilst i get a decent connection in my town, local areas suffer a great deal. Just a tip thats all.
